The room CAN BE cleared to accommodate your furniture, I’m open to that.

📺 FURNISHED Bonus Room! Your space includes an additional room that functions as a cozy TV lounge/ Bar area, or it can be converted into a Home office/ Guest bedroom combo — up to you! If I have leftover inventory, I can customize the space to your needs.
