Room includes all amenities with clubhouse access with gym and pool with grills, couches, tables. Pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. Safe gated community with lots of sidewalks. The room has a fan and large window. It is upstairs down a hallway that is private with extra bath linen closet. Storage for bicycle downstairs and garage usage occasional. Laundry in unit. Utilities included. Clean, fairly new and tidy. 12 yr. Yellow lab stays downstairs. Access to couches out on the back yard. Ok with bringing grill.
About the roomies
I have an 12 year old sweet yellow lab. I am easy to get along with, hardworking, clean and respectful of space. There is no smoking inside outside is ok. I work as a licensed optician in an optical department. One person only. Females only.
