A cozy 8.5 ft x 12 ft furnished room available in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood near the water and close to Pierce College. The room comes with a full-size bed, small desk, chair, and a built-in closet. The house has in-unit laundry, and rent includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). I currently don’t have photos of it since it’s occupied by a student. The home is pet-friendly. We own six dogs (one retriever mix, one dalmatian, two beagles, one Maltese, and one mini dachshund) and two NEW kittens. We previously own two cats who we lost to FELV, so our dogs are accustomed to cats with proper introduction.

House Rules; No overnight guests/visitors Quiet time 11pm-7:00am No smoking 🚭 or drinking 🍺

The house is currently shared by a respectful and easygoing group. I’m a 25F auditor and my husband is a 27M active-duty Army officer. Our other roommate is a 28F dental assistant. We are all clean and calm. We are looking for someone who is similarly laid-back, tidy, a working professional, and loves pets.
