Bright and clean room in a well-maintained and fully renovated apartment ; recently painted, hardwood floor, central heating/AC; high-speed internet service, ample closet space, private half-bath, laundry facilities, free parking space on street. Lots of storage space! Bed linens and towels can be provided, if needed. The room is not furnished.

• no smokers are permitted by the complex
• if you don’t have the deposit we can work something out for you to pay it overtime.
• lease agreement is required but not limited. Price include Water, WiFi, light bill and Netflix is also available in case you want it. I currently have two bedrooms available

Apartment has a gym, yoga studio, pool, barbecue place , dogs park etc ….

I’m a very friendly active person, who is clean and organized but I also like to have fun. I’m very communicative, kind and respectful person. I work at a bank so most of the times I would be working. Also I don’t mind if you bring friends or family as long as you give a notice ahead of time.
