• Long Tandem Driveway ( With 220V Auto battery charger) Can be Parked in As long as it is moved when needed

• Front Yard with Fruit Trees and Vegetable Planters

• In house washer and Dryer / Outside Hot Tub!

• Semi Private Bathroom Which is used by guests when over , but otherwise we use the bathroom connected to our Bedroom

• Shared access to common areas: kitchen, living room, and yards!

• Traffic Circle Area Quiet Street

• We particularly enjoy renting to those from other cultures including those on a foreign visa etc. as we have traveled and believe in diversity. ( Not a necessity but open to it)

• Price includes a minimum stay for four months. But month to month is available as well.

We’re a friendly, inclusive household and welcome all types, orientations, and individuals, including international workers, students or visitors

We have an open kitchen and living room and all common areas are for Everyone! We want someone to feel free to be part of the household, but also respect space and individuality.

You must love dogs, as we share our home with two sweet Cavaliers who will definitely brighten your day! We are keeping the rent down in exchange for occasional help with the pups and a few other householdy things.
