Semi rural area with access to 110 just a few mins away and supermarkets 5 mins away in both directions on Mobile Hwy. A bright and cheerful bedroom that looks out on the front garden, luxury vinyl plank floors (throughout the home), queen sized new sofabed and walk in closet. Private modern ensuite bathroom with brand new rainhead shower and vanity, accessible from your room via a beautiful barn door. The house has a fully fenced grassed backyard and a front yard and lawn with pretty flowers. Spacious driveway parking. The interior is modern with tastefully decorated living room, dining room and kitchen. Use of washer and dryer in laundry room.
About the roomies
I own and live in the property but will be traveling occasionally. I am able to offer a reduced room mate fee in exchange for excellent care of my cats in the home and help with general upkeep. Your pet is welcome IF they are good around other cats. Current roommates are a female PHD student and male hospital Chaplain. Everyone is very quiet, respectful and friendly. Must be a GENUINE animal lover and clean and tidy. Non smokers and non vapors only.
