My lovely 4-bedroom home is located in a quiet, safe and fun neighborhood and is right in the heart of Lockeland Springs. For anyone that hasn’t been to East Nashville before, it truly is the hip part of Nashville and has so much to offer. We are only a short walk to Rosepepper Cantina, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Five Daughters and many more hot spots. All appliances included PLUS W/D on site which is a huge plus for everyone! This home is a true gem with amazing roommates. Looking for someone honest, reliable, kind and neat :).

I work in the Music Industry as an A&R Executive so I am rarely in Nashville. My cousin, who is also one of the awesome roomies, works in the Music Industry, as well, and is currently working from home. He is an all-around great guy and roommate and keeps the house very clean. The other roomie is a Creative Director and is on the road often so you may not see him much. We love a good game night, fire pit hangs or a chill night on the couch binge watching our favorite show/movie! We all have very busy schedules, but we keep our place tidy and are big animal lovers. We don’t allow smoking in the house, but other than that, we are all super laid back. Feel free to ask any questions :)
