This is a non-smoking residence however we do have designated spaces for smoking. Seeking professionals; mature college students; male or female; 40+ years are also welcomed! Street parking and washer/dryer available for use in the house once a week NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. You must be employed, and capable of paying your rent on time. This is on a first come basis and cannot be held. *The room that is available is $800 monthly and a $ 800 security deposit is required.
