Location is east of Somerset Mall on Big Beaver at John R. Nice open layout, ranch style with laundry, full basement, a patio, shared pool, shared clubhouse. $890 per person for standard room with a shared bathroom. There is an extra large ensuite for an extra $200 which has an in suite private bathroom… this bathroom has a toilet and sink.. Total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Optional reserved parking spot is available for $25 mth. .The first four photos are from another place that we repainted cabinets and countertop and hope to do the same here. Quiet place to get sleep or study…. single story ranch so no noise above you or below you…. no carpet, all hard surface flooring… currently the living room is empty so its possible to bring a couch and coffee table etc, if clean…

This is a quiet neighborhood made up of responsible homeowners. Most neighbors go to work during the day and there is little traffic on the street…so you can safely ride bikes, or walk in the street as it has speed bumps so .. this is not an apartment complex… its a condo with about 92% homeowners and 8% renters… So its a privilege to be a renter….the association follows strict rules.
