The house is located in North Dorchester, in the neighborhood off of Pleasant Street, within walking distance of DOT Ave and the JFK T-Stop. The apartment is a three-bedroom unit, with one bedroom located on the third floor and two bedrooms on the second floor.

The room for rent is a spacious bedroom located on the third floor of the apartment, featuring its own in-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The room comes with an additional space that can be used as an office, a hangout room, or a guest room, and it also features a large walk-in closet.

The second floor features the main living area, which includes a large living room and a dining room (the dining room is currently unfurnished). As well as a large kitchen with a Pantry. Down a separate hallway from the main living area are two bedrooms and a shared bath on the second floor. The entire apartment features central air and an updated heating system. Internet is included, and Utilities are shared. Each unit has its shared laundry in the basement.

The house is in a great area of Dorchester, within walking distance of Dorchester Brewery and South Bay Plaza. It’s about a 10-minute walk to JFK Station. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, located near numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. The room is available as of June 15th. There are no pets; however, if you have a small dog, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis.) Otherwise, no pets.

No Smoking inside the house or on the front porch. The landlord lives on the property.

The roommate is a professional male in his forties who works remotely from the house. Active in the Stonewall Sports League, an active comic book collector who is big on the outdoors, and is active in the community. He is living in the bedrooms on the second floor and using one as an office.
