Wonderful newly remodeled place in Westwood. I just leased a new Condo and will be out of town for a few months working this summer. So if you are looking for a temporary place for a couple weeks or a month to month this is the perfect place. Fully furnished. Happy to negotiate price pending the duration of the stay. Great place to rent while looking for a long term place as well. Could potentially be looking for someone more long term if it works out.
About the roomies
I work in the entertainment business and travel a lot for work. Current roommate is getting her Masters at LMU, very quiet and mostly gone half the time.
