About the room
Hey there …I just remodeled the whole entire condo so it’s fresh to move in ,This condo is located in a very convenient area so you can get to anywhere in LV in a short period of time , either on a bus or car . There are many grocery stores / Walmart / Sam’s club / target / restaurants / gym ect…. Near by It is a gated community, quiet with lots of trees and condo is close to the beautiful pool . Condo is on the first level and the upstairs neighbors are friendly and quiet.
About the roomies
Hello there …I am a 46yr old Asian male , I’m not OCD but i am a clean person so i expect the same . I am in & out of my condo a lot because i am a hairstylist . I’m looking for roommate that just want a room to rent and not trying to make it there hangout / party spot. I am a very outgoing person but when it comes to living together i have the respect to party somewhere else then the condo. I also am not looking for someone that wants to have there guest spend the night, maybe 1 night out of the month is ok If everthing checks for you please contact me Hope to meet my future roommate soon.😀
