Utilities:

Gas + Water + Electricity will be shared equally between all tenants. Utility history will be provided to help you estimate next month’s utility and manage finances.

Utilities are billed on a prior month basis, with the exception of the Last month where you will be billed prior month + estimate Last month.

All estimates below are quoted for one individual. If there are three occupants, divide the number by 3. Estimates are estimates and are not final numbers.

⦿ Gas estimate: $50-$60 during Summer, $500-$650 during Winter

⦿ Water estimate: $50-$75/month

⦿ Electricity estimate: $100-$125/month.

NOTE: Municipal Electricity is used, meaning Braintree residents pays A LOT cheaper for electricity than cities using National Grid.

Utility Inclusive Negotiation: I’m willing to consider and negotiate a FIXED monthly utility rate, however, this will be on the higher end due to winter gas bill.
