About the room
Hello, I’m looking for a clean respectful housemate for a month to month rental contract.
I have 2 bedrooms for rent. $1,250 per room. Utilities to be split. It’s a 3 bedroom house with W&D, kitchen family room, living room, backyard and a 10 year old friendly and playful pitbull that stays mainly in the house. Being a dog lover is a huge plus!! Parking will be on the street nearby.
If you want to rent both rooms please let me know as well.
About the roomies
I currently have no other roommates. I am the only one who lives in the house currently.
