About the room
This is a nice property (see pictures) well maintained. Two story house. Minor hillside. Four blocks from the beach as the crow flies. Private entrance to the room with a private bathroom in hallway.Self contained room and bathroom.Room is very well organized,furnished and decorated. Large refrigerator (almost 5’ tall) large TV 55 in plus. Internet WiFi included.I am 76 years old so I am looking for comparability. I am just renting a room, and bathroom only.
About the roomies
I am very quiet and you will not hear me when I am at the home. I expect each room renter to not interfere with any of the other renters. Everyone’s privacy is respected. The home is a four bedroom house. I am renting two rooms to include one person in each only. No overnight quests or parties.
