Fully restored 1927 Bungalow in historic west side of old town Longmont. Walking distance to downtown, parks, bike trails, bus station, Saint Vrain River, etc. We are looking for one more person in a house of two. We are both easy going and looking for the right fit to complete our home. It is an adorable house with charming and unique features throughout. The master bedroom will be available to rent and it is fully furnished as is the rest of the home. Quaint neighborhood with charm all around.

I am barista and owner of a coffee venture in town. I am a seasoned woodworker and creative type. My roommate is an accomplished chef who I’ve enjoyed tremendously over the past year. He keeps to himself and works a lot. I rent an out building out back where a friend stays with his loving dog and keeps to his own and his his own amenities. We all share the washer and dryer.
