About the room
Looking for a responsible and chill roommate to share a cozy 2-bedroom home just minutes from downtown Knoxville and right near the greenway. You’ll have a private bedroom and share a bathroom (with both bath and shower). The house includes a washer and dryer, an open covered patio, convenient parking, and a fenced-in yard with a beautiful garden—great for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors.
This is a maximum of 6 months as I plan to let my girlfriend move in come december. I would prefer a month to month lease currently but that can be negotiated.
There’s also solid storage space in the basement. The common areas are open and comfortable, and I’m open to you bringing a cat (sorry, no dogs at the moment).

You’ll be sharing the place with me—a 30-year-old male engineering student at UTK. I spend most of my time studying or working, and I tend to keep things pretty low-key. I do enjoy social drinking, getting outside, and hitting the gym when I can.
