NEED A ROOMMATE ASAP!! My roommate is moving out very suddenly and I am looking for one more. Looking for someone to live with for the rest of my lease (6/22/26, so about 6 months). Rent is split right down the middle, the total is $1794.95, so you will be asked to pay $897.48 plus utilities which normally comes out to ~$1000.00 p/month. I have already been living here for about a year and a half, so I’m pretty settled in and furnished. I already have an extra mattress and desk chair for you. Feel free to bring your own furniture or decorations to make it feel more like your place. You will have your own private room with your own bathroom as well (they are not connected). We also have a a/c, heating, dishwasher, microwave, oven, garbage disposal and in-unit washer and dryer. I live on Wadsworth Blvd right next to the lightrail station for easy and quick access to downtown and public transportation. I do live on the third floor so you will have to be comfortable with stairs. I also own a cat, Sumo, he’s 7 years old and very well behaved but he is a little talkative so you will have to be okay with some meowing. I’m totally chill with other cats and Sumo has lived with other cats in the past, small dogs are maybe okay on a case by case basis. There is a cool outside area that is fenced off. Electricity, internet, water and garbage are not included in the rent but it’s normally around $75 p/m for electricity, $27 p/m for internet ~$50 for water and garbage (combined).

It’ll be just me and Sumo, my cat. I am going to school at Metro state for Fine Arts and I am looking for one other person in a similar stage of life. Would really like someone who is also a student and looking for something past just the current 6 month lease (it is very easy to get to campus on the train, it takes me ~15-20min). I am 23 and I really like gaming and art and I’m very reliable as far as bills are concerned. I’m pretty peaceful and non-confrontational and keep to myself for the most part. I really value my space and I would like to keep it as clean as possible. I am receptive to criticism and I am looking for someone who is also chill and can reason stuff out. Need someone here now and the lease ends on 6/22/26.
