The room available has own entrance, own bathroom, small kitchenette and air-conditioning. Located within walking distance from Western University and Downtown Pomona. 15min drive to Mt Sac, Cal Poly and Clairmont College. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, has a job, pays rent on time (must have employment reference). Also perfect for a full-time student who is at campus most of the time. About the roomies
We all work full time minus 1 female who is retired living her best life. There is a back house thats rented out by a female, inside are 3 females and the 1 male which is my husband. We don’t party or do drugs. All renters have been here 3+ years and are very mature adults. This is a very peaceful place to live. Everyone has respect and knows how to communicate.
