Married couple has a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Cape Cottages, and our 22 year old daughter is the only full-time resident. Since we have extra space, we’re looking to rent out the other bedrooms to a responsible college student/ our recently graduated college student. She’s 22, very quiet, clean, smart, and mature. LOVES to shop! Not a big drinker or partier, but likes to go out occasionally. Currently working two part-time jobs while job hunting in her field.
