Arnold Street

Great sized room available in East Falls, PA Awesomely furnished apartment, you won’t need to bring anything besides furniture for your room. Location is great, within walking distance of 2 convenience stores, 2 gas stations, East Falls train station, a Rite Aid, coffee shop, beer distributor, Schuylkill walking trail, and only a mile or two away from main street Manayunk!

Parking on our street is usually great, only challenge is if you’re leaving your car at the house during the week day, where you have to move it to the other street sometimes to avoid getting ticketed but not a big deal, and a few ways around it! If you work typical 9-5 hours parking is a breeze.

Your room is around 80-100 sqft., with a tapered ceiling and two small windows.

All rooms except kitchen, basement, and bathroom are carpeted. Unfortunately cannot have cats or dogs or other large animals in the house, but we have a gecko! Plenty of room in our basement for storage of stuff. Cheap rent, cheap utilities, great location, great people.

All friends who are post-grads of Jefferson University (right up the street), all 23 years old, who now work in/around Philadelphia. 2 women and 1 man currently, open to both men and women. Shared bathroom and fridge, but easy enough to balance! Doesn’t matter if you’re going to school or young working professional, we’re very open people and hope to bring someone rad into the house.
