Age range is 19 to 33. Mostly mid-twenties. Mix of genders mostly guys. We like to have Mario kart and smash tournaments and have game nights. Also a fire pit in the backyard we make s’mores and wieners. Just got a little bbq grill.

We split costs of all cleaning supplies and toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing powder, and powder laundry detergent. This saves space, money, and prevents potential drama about people using others stuff. Food is all separate unless you discuss with roommate kitchens are mostly stocked in terms of plates and utensils.

There is a house manager who deals with day to day concerns and is the point person for the landlord.
