Room rate includes all bills and utilities for a third story room with parking. Room comes with a dresser and additional limited storage space and kitchen access with pantry / fridge / cabinet space including cookware. Living room is fully furnished with Netflix / Paramount+ on smart TV

We require criminal background checks (no credit or income requirement), as well as first month and one month deposit due upon move in for all long-term residents (total of $1,390 for this room). There is no application fee, schedule a tour today!
