A spacious master room (unfurnished) on the backside of the pet-free house with its own parking, entrance, large walk-in closet/storage, and private bathroom. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and central AC and heat. In addition to the private amenities, you will have access to the rest of the house. This includes a spacious living room where you can relax and unwind, as well as a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. You’ll also have access to the laundry room. This room is for one person. Easy commute to Medford, Talent and Ashland.

Just me in the house and I’m a professional designer who mostly works from home in my private office and workshop-garage. I am a quiet individual, and it will only be me to share the common spaces with. This household is drug-free, and smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. I occupy the upstairs bedroom w/bathroom. Seeking a conscientious, responsible, and tidy individual to share the house (built in 2023) in Phoenix.
