I’m seeking a man or lady housemate to share my fully furnished apartment from Nov. 1, 2024 to the end of March, 2025 -> 6 mos. OR for 12 mos -> 1 year (or more). 
The apt. is located on the 2nd floor of a charming older home in the 5th ward. I’m offering 1 large & 1 small room to the renter (2 ROOMS!) including his/her own private entrance. Shared spaces include a large dining room, eat-in kitchen & bath room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the renter has kitchen privileges. There is a washer & dryer in the building plus WiFi access.

As for me: I am a semi-retired professional artist & toy designer. After 32+ years in the toy business I now occasionally freelance. I also work with AirBNB in the summer months. I have 2, very friendly Scottish Fold cats. I enjoy the outdoors in any season. I do much of my work on the computer. I read, watch & listen to a WIDE variety of music & movies. I’m told that I have a calming energy and that I’m a good listener. I’m a baby-boomer from the “60’s” and have never lost that vibe!
