Room will be available on 1 September 2026. Three female occupants in a 4 bedroom home with a room available for rent. Room is only furnished with a twin size bed frame and mattress, but can be taken out if you bring your own.

The room is Room #3 in the floor plan and Bathroom is shared amongst two other housemates and in common hallway.

Internet, utilities (electric and water, not to exceed $500 a month, combined, overage split evenly amongst all tenants in household), Ring security camera access and lawn services included with rent price.

Minimum lease term is 1 month. Background check through Baselane is required and reimbursed towards first month of rent if application is accepted. Longer lease terms will be month to month for first 6 months, then longer lease period will become available after then.

Unfortunately, no pets or smoking (indoor or outdoor) due to homeowner and tennant allergies. Thanks for understanding.

Viewing of the room and interview/introduction with other housemates can be coordinated and can send a copy of the lease agreement upon request.

All house mates are 35 years old and above, and work varying shifts. One tennant works from home exclusively so quiet hours are appreciated throughout the day and frequent visitors are not encouraged. All housemates keep to them selves for the most part. Looking for a long-term roommate who values a safe and quiet neighborhood/home, cleanliness, and a shared sense of responsibility in the space.
