Renew my lease with me (application required). This is a 2bd 2ba unit in a lovely neighborhood on the east side of Franklin, just minutes off the interstate. It is a second story unit and you would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and the patio. Street and off street parking available. The unit is furnished but the second bedroom is not. Understand, we are strangers. Sending a bare minimum message, while also saying nothing about yourself in your profile, is pretty much guaranteed to warrant no response. Be serious.

I’m 33 and have been at my job over three years with a semi flexible schedule, but late hours. The only thing I really care about is my dog, he’s my baby nugget boy. If I’m not working, sleeping, or watching tv, I’m out with my dog. He’s people and cat friendly (playful, which isn’t always appreciated). He’s very dog selective so preferably no dogs. I’m very quiet, almost never have guests over, and enjoy friendly chats with the neighbors. Just enjoying the simple things.
