Roommates will be 2 males and 2 females, you will share a bathroom with 3 others however, there is also a half bath that can be used as well. MUST be clean and organized. Everyone in the household is laid back and they do their own thing but willing to socialize when schedules allow if you like. Communication is golden, ALL roommates are mature adults and respect each other’s space, privacy and boundaries. 420 friendly household (OUTSIDE OR IN SUNROOM ONLY).
Lease term is 90 days then transitions into a month to month lease but can go on up to 5 yrs or more.
