Room is in a second floor it has a bathroom that need to be share with the other tenant who lives in room A : the tenant on room A is a very quiet man, very educated, work long hours and hardly been seen. The new tenant will occupy room B, room B is 100 sq feet it has a double bed side 54 inch wide and 75 inch long with mattress. you must provide your own betting (bed sheet set,bed covers, pillows, etc. ) the room also has a dresser is a 66“ wide 36“ high 16“ d mirror 34“ x 40“ a night table 26“ x 26“ x 141/2 d. all furniture is color black. all three people living in the town house unit must share common areas, (kitchen, refrigerator,walking halls,stairs,living room .etc.) All utilities are included, the room is for a person who has a job, must work day or night. I can not accept a person who want to work from home (why ? ) I can not have a person in my house 24-7 because the utilities are very expensive. Also the room is no adapted to be an office, That is why I can not have a person who work from home. also if there is a person with disabilities my house is not adapted to have a person with disabilities. I“m a disable person and it is very hard to deal with this issues. No Parking in the property, Must park on the street. If you you have any questions please feel free to ask. I can not accept animals, I’m allergic to animals sorry. my property is a family oriented where you come to rest, have nice time relax, read a book or just have a nice sleep. my home is not an office and you can not work from home. “NOT TO WORK FROM HOME”
