The room available is the largest in the house with great light and its own half bathroom. House includes ample gathering areas, modern kitchen/appliances, dishwasher, in unit laundry, central ac/heating, and large backyard. Rent is 1,115 + utilities.
About the roomies
A little bit about the roommates: Both mature and clean females. One is a designer at a landscape architecture firm and the other working in the hospitality field. Looking for a mature roomie that is friendly/ tidy and open to hangs but also appreciates personal time! Female/ Non-binary preferred! Additionally, always interested in continuously improving the space (potential roomies with cute furniture/deco/ plants pls reach out)
