We’re 2.4 miles from CSUN and walkable to shops, restaurants, and theaters. About 30 minutes from major LA attractions.

We’re a fun, easygoing group of young professionals and international students in our 20s and 30s. We love going out to eat, cooking together, watching shows and movies, hanging by the pool, heading to the beach, and playing volleyball on our tennis court. The vibe here is social but respectful, with a strong sense of community. Most importantly, we’re all very clean and take pride in keeping the house that way. We also have two small dogs and a cat who are super sweet and part of the family!
