Hi, My name is Ben. I am looking to rent the one extra room in my 3 bedroom townhouse.

3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in the Villagio in Tempe. I have medium sized (50lb) dog. He’s very sweet and doesn’t bark, loves everyone, just needs a little time. Another cat or dog can be discussed.

The room is about 10’x13’ with a 2 door closet. There is a patio in the back. Laundry in house.

Drug free home. Not Interested in having party’s at the house. But feel free to have friends over for drinks or just to hang out. I drink socially but not often. I don’t mind 420, but it needs to be done outside unless it’s a pen, then your room is fine.

No couples.

Looking for someone chill who can just co-exist and communicate if any issues come up.

Current roommate is female, so since it is a shared bathroom, another female would be preferred by current roommate.

I work full time. I like to stay active, go to gym, chill with friends, but I usually go to their place. I primarily work evenings.
