Our home is brand new, completed in early 2023. The bedroom is located downstairs, tucked away from the rest of the house with a large bathroom, brand new kitchenette, your own laundry room and private deck with 180 views to Flagstaff in the distance. There is one parking spot available.
Things to note: The room is furnished, however, we are open to bringing in your own personal bedroom furniture. There are house rules, which will be discussed if the house feels like a good fit. No drug-use or excessive drinking permitted in the home.
About the roomies
Two homeowners and two friendly cats occupy the first floor. We work full-time and enjoy spending the weekends completing house projects or hanging out with friends.
