Looking for another USD student for the second room in a two bedroom apartment at CARMEL PACIFIC RIDGE apartments across from USD.
I am 20 years old, sophomore transferring to USD. Since I made the decision kind of late, I don’t have a roommate! The apartment is nicely decorated in the living room and kitchen is set so you would only need your bedroom furniture. One parking space available to you. Laundry in unit. You have your own bathroom and walk in closet.
You are welcome to find another female roommate and share the room so that your cost is only $700/month. Huge amount of amenities! Gym, yoga & cooking classes, pools, hang out areas. Come see the apartment and meet me!
