Bedroom for Rent just w.o.m.a.n in 3/2 Family Home 2 Rooms available

Bedroom is available for rent in 3/2 Family Home. The house is located 20 MINUTES TO FAU, the university Person will have his own bedroom (14’ x 16’) but will be sharing the bathrooms with one roommate.

The rent is $750 per month. The rent includes Electricity, Water, common Washer - Dryer. Internet

The room will be Furnished or not furnished Wireless internet ready The house has everything to use from Pans, Pots, dinnerware, spoons, forks, knifes, toaster, blender, etc. You can use everything. I would prefer you not bring any utensils as I don’t have room for more utensils and its tough manage.

I am looking preferably for Post-Doctoral, Doctoral, Graduate students, visiting lecturers/faculty or working professionals. All my roommates including myself work or study at FAU.

( contracts to sign OR I will be looking for someone who will stay for at least a semester or longer.
