Looking for a female Roomate in Pomona. Base rent is $650 monthly for about three months (summer lease). There is a seperate bill for water/trash/gas, but the most you’ll prolly ever pay including rent is around $710. You can most likely renew your lease with us if you would like to continue to staying, but the lease is renewed around end of July every year. Room will come with basic necessities such as kitchen, desk, couch, bathroom, backyard parking space, bed frame, mini fridge, Wi-Fi (Seperate bill ~ about $10 monthly), personal heating/ac system, storage bins/room, water filter, laundry (washer/dryer)… Shared with another female college student. (Upstairs room) If you decide to renew the lease then you will most likely get your own room downstairs… Message for more details. Move in date as early as early may.10 minute from Cal Poly Pomona and near many markets/food like Gardenas and Stater Bros (walking distance). Theres also a nice marble table and bench set in the backyard with nice shady trees on the back for those who like to chill in the spacious backyard. Also, there are people that come on Thursdays to do gardening/maintain the backyard. Parking is spacious and easily fits 5+ vehicles. (Gated & locked at night for safety). I am really sorry but no pets allowed because landlord has strict policy about it.

Three male and one female roomate downstairs and one female roomate upstairs. All are Cal Poly Pomona students/graduates. Everyone is usually busy or working so the house is quiet most of the time.
