Nice location on Hollywood blvd right next to Griffith Park. You would get your own bathroom in the hall. Huge, bright living room I can’t wait to make as cozy as possible. Large balcony. The building has an elevator and ramp so it’s accessible. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Lots of dogs in the building. Laundry machines in garage. Plenty of street parking. Many walkable places in the area including grocery stores, bars, etc. Ask questions if I’m forgetting anything!
It’s a 2 bedroom so it will just be you, me and my orange cat, Juice(orange cat behavior is very real so be prepared for that)! About Juice: He gets along with other animals and have lived with others before. He’s very clean and cuddly.
About me: I love music and video games and I watch a lot of movies and tv shows. Loving to have movie nights with my friends. I love food and trying new recipes. I do a lot of writing and art projects so a bit of a night owl but very respectful and quiet during those hours. I hope to have a cozy house where we both decorate, can enjoy our shared spaces and make a home of it. I often keep to myself but love a peaceful and open energy to hopefully have a good laugh with my roomie from time to time.
