About the room

Hey! I’m looking to sublet my furnished master bedroom in our apartment from December 18th 2025 to January 18th 2026 while I’m traveling.

The apartment is located at BeDTLA (https://bedtla.com), a 3 bed, 2 bath unit with excellent amenities including a pool, gym, workspaces, rooftop lounge with grills, Amazon lockers, Amazon package lockers, and ground-floor retail with a grocery store, Chipotle, Starbucks, teriyaki chicken, quick walk to restaurants/bars/DTLA, and more. The total cost is $1,450, which is exactly my rent plus utilities for the month, though I’m flexible on total payment.

You would be subletting the master bedroom and sharing the apartment with two other male roommates (ages 24 and 32)—both professionals working in FP&A and engineering. They are clean, friendly, and respectful; no issues to be expected.

I’m looking for serious inquiries only, as I’ll need to hand over the keys by Thursday afternoon since I fly out that evening. If you arrive after Thursday the 18th, my roommate can coordinate key pickup.
