Great single room next to a park, Trader Joes, furnished with desk, chair, bed, you have your own washroom but we share a toilet/shower. I have absolutely no complaints and it’s super cheap for a single in Davis, and it’s right next to campus and bus lines. Power comes out to around 20/month per person based on usage, and Wifi is pretty fast, we’re on a 55 dollar plan per month so 27/month.
Personally it’s super chill, I’m fine with any kind of person but would prefer no smokers, pets, or being super loud. Or eating my food without asking, but I will share :) Our rooms are next to each other, but I’m definitely not a loud person and mostly keep to myself and study but will talk to friends online. Urgent though!! Estimated time for you to move in is start of July, move out is end of Summer, so end of this August.
