Currently, there is only one other roomie (47yr old male) and he resides in the single and only room on the middle level of the house. He is quiet, has been living at the house for 5 years and works all day. The other two bedrooms are upstairs on the top level and are vacant. The basement level has a separate entrance on the other side of the house and does not have access to the upper half of the house.
