Included are many extras, including coffee, many teas, bread, milk, cereal, rice, spices and many other kitchen items. Also, other items such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap. Basically, bring your clothes and toothbrush! I also will rent this room on Airbnb, monthly. There are Rules that would need to be agreed to, but this will be a monthly rental agreement, directly with me. I require an application for acceptance. The application and complete background check fee is $35.00. Security deposit will depend on your background check. This is a very clean townhouse with 2 1/2 baths. Queen size bed with share bath that has a new walk-in tiled shower with a pebble floor. Kitchen, Dining and Living are common areas. Only one person cooking at a time is allowed in the kitchen. There is a washer/dryer you are welcome to use. There is wireless internet and NetFlix, plus local channels. Sorry, No Pets. I have 2 kitties. Little Bit a black female, born 4/1/2022 and Angel, a Siamese female, born 7/26/2022. and they cannot be terrorized by other animals in the house.
I keep the house very clean and quiet. Everyone keeps to their selves, but they are all very friendly though. If you think you might fit in here, let me hear from you. I will be happy to show you the place.
