The bedroom listed is located upstairs. 2 full bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). Plenty of driveway parking. Full access to both bathrooms, living room, dining room & kitchen. Extremely quiet and peaceful household. Students and professionals welcomed. This is month to month but long term renters are welcomed. No couples. Bedroom is for one individual only.
