This is the medium sized room in a 3 bedroom mobile home. You’d be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The mobile home is in a small park on a dead end street. Neighborhood is pretty quiet. Occasionally children will play outside but they’ve never caused any problems. We also don’t have issues with porch pirates thankfully. There is a covered front porch with a table and chairs if you enjoy relaxing outside. Please be sure you are not loud or disruptive outside so we do not have any complaints. Unfortunately there isn’t any storage outside of your room. The living room is furnished and has a TV that you’ll be free to use. There are also several streaming apps set up on it that you can use. There is a washer dryer. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, mixer, air fryer, dishes, etc.
The room has a small closet, a queen size bed, a lamp, a night stand and a window ac unit. There is a mattress protector on the bed that needs to remain on the bed. I don’t want to ruin my mattress. There’s central heat for winter months. We like to keep the place on the cold side. AC in kitchen and ceiling fan in living room stay on at all times during warmer months. Heat is set to 67 during colder months.
Major rules are to purchase your own everything. We do not share anything here. You are free to use kitchen stuff like dishes because those can be cleaned. You’ll be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Please do not leave messes or food out in the common areas. You’ll need to take the trash bin to the street every other week. You’ll need to share cleaning duties for the shared bathroom and hallway. We do not like a lot of people here so please limit visitors. No overnight visitors unless I’ve agreed to it. There are cameras throughout the inside and outside. Please never tamper with or move them. No smoking inside allowed. No space heaters allowed. No candles or anything else that has a flame. I’m terrified of fire. You may occasionally be asked to get paper towels or trash bags for the kitchen. We all pitch in on the shared necessity items for the kitchen. This is not a party house. You can not bring any type of drugs onto the property. We’re drug free and we rarely drink.
Currently 2 people live here. Myself, a 39y old woman. I’m home most of the time due to being disabled. The other person is a young lady who works. We’re both quiet, private and independent. We won’t bother you and we expect the same. We’re both friendly but don’t talk very much.
Biggest thing to know is there are 6 cats in the home. I adore them and we’re very careful when it comes to their safety and health. So please do not let them outside and watch when you go in or out that they don’t escape. Please also be mindful of closed doors so you don’t lock them in anywhere. The cats are why you can’t leave out food or dirty dishes. We don’t want them getting sick or poisoned. Please do not feed them people food. All cats are fixed and vaccinated. They all receive monthly worm pills and flea treatment. You’ll have zero responsibility for the cats in any way. They also have auto litter boxes to keep them clean so it cuts down on any cat smell. They’re all independent and probably won’t bother you at all.
