I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in my house in the Upper Avenues. The room will be unfurnished. Starts January 1st, ends July 14th. If you’d like to sign on for another year, there will be an opportunity to do that in July when the lease ends. The room has a full bathroom attached with a shower, bathtub, very large closet with lot of room for storage. The room also has a sliding door to the balcony. It’s a pretty big room. I have four lovely roommates and they all go to the U. The house is very spacey and has an amazing view of Salt Lake. There’s a great kitchen and a two car garage. Washer and dryer. Above Shriners Hospital and close to the 11th Ave Park. The price I have on the listing is before utilities. If you’d like to come by and see the place, please reach out and let me know :).

All four roommates in the house are undergraduate students at the U. They’re all girls, so ideally, another girl would move in, but this is not explicit. Everyone in the house skis and is very nice :).
