About the room

House with big grassy backyard and on orange tree. Walking distance from ASU and Mill Ave. Quick drive to downtown Scottsdale. We added a fire pit and lights in the backyard. Yard maintenance is included in rent and done bi-weekly. Large living room, kitchen, and laundry room areas.

About the roomies

You would be taking my room which is the master sweet with a half bath. You would only be sharing the shower which was remodeled a couple years ago.

The other roommates are usually quiet but can be sociable and often purchase shared resources for the house. (detergent, dryer sheets, paper towel, spices, etc)
