This is a very clean & cozy room it is located in Winchester with a full size comfy bed, nightstand, desk & chair, room darkening blinds, ceiling fan, double closet, small refrigerator/freezer and a large window with a beautiful view.

The room is ideal for traveling professionals, remote workers, college students, renters seeking comfort, space, and serenity.

You’ll have use of the kitchen (not the major appliances), high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, porch & swimming pool. The bathroom will be used by you & should we have company which isn’t often they will use it as well.

Easy drive to old town Winchester, Winchester Medical Center, Berkeley Medical Center, Shenandoah University main campus, Shenandoah University health professional building, downtown shops, restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, horse back riding, farmers markets and major highways, this is the perfect blend of rural tranquility and everyday convenience.

We’re definitely friendly and easygoing! 😊 We’d be happy to do a month to month lease. We’ve had great experiences renting to Shenandoah University students and travel professionals. We do prefer male roommates only!! You’ll need to be cat friendly and kind to my three short haired cats I’m pretty protective of my babies. 🐾
