About the room
This has been my home for 46 years. I was raised here in South Tampa. I am looking for a suitable tenant to share a house with two other people and a room has just opened up. It is 13x10 with a shared bathroom,strong wifi and lot of morning light with a large window. Interested persons should reach out and we can set up a meeting as soon as possible.
I will get photos of the space as soon as possible for viewing.
Due having and dog in the house already I would prefer tenants with no animals at this time to alleviate any issues between pets.
About the roomies
We are a quiet bunch maily retreating in our rooms. You may catch a conversation happening within the common areas about any number of subjects but for the most part we are non party house.
