About the space:

Room includes a double bed, which can stay or be removed if you prefer your own furniture

Home perks: Large backyard facing a lake with a drop-in area for paddleboards, kayaks, and future plans for jet skis/small boats 15–20 minutes from any military base 5 minutes to the highway 20 minutes to the beach 7 minutes to the mall 15 minutes to several local gyms Extremely central location

Important to note: I’m extremely allergic to dogs and cats, and our own dog does not get along with other pets indoors — so unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

We’re currently looking for someone interested in a short-term or month-to-month arrangement, with the option to extend up to a year for the right fit.

We’re a married couple—I’m 29 and my husband is 34. My husband works for the Navy and is not always home during the earlier part of the day, and I work from home full-time, usually in my office most of the day.

We also have a 45-pound hypoallergenic, dog who is extremely friendly with a lot of energy.

We’re both very friendly, respectful, and laid-back. We enjoy our space and totally respect yours, we usually keep to ourselves but we’re also open to hanging out sometimes - especially over board games and wine! Some months we’re rarely home on the weekends, and other months we’re total homebodies.
