We are looking to fill 1 room in a 5 bedroom house in Arcata by August 1st

The room is approx 10ft x 10.5ft not including the closet.

The room will be unfurnished upon move in. The house is off of Spear and Alliance near the patriot gas station and La Bonita taco truck. It’s a month to month lease but we are looking for longer term if at all possible. Reach out to get some more house pics/setting up a time to tour. No pets please unless in a tank. We currently have a dog in the house.

Currently the 4 roommates are myself(mikayla), Koby, India, Dusty and Zena (the dog). We are all in our mid to late 20s. We like to try to keep things on the tidier end but don’t stress too much when there’s a lil mess. We enjoy hosting parties or having friends over every so often so would like our next roommate to be down with that sorta thing.
