hi all! :) We are looking for a new roommate in our beautiful and SUNNY West Oakland Victorian!

This home is a recently renovated 5-bedroom and it’s incredibly spacious. The home is RIGHT by the bay bridge (literally 10-mins from sf) and is very close to McArthur bart station, major bus lines, and the Bay Street shopping mall (target, trader joes, ikea, etc.)

Move in date is mid-June (this is flexible)

• Rent is $1400/mo. with PRIVATE BATHROOM
• Lots of natural light
• FREE PARKING
• Room is ~14x12 ft. with two French doors that open up to a PATIO into the backyard!
• In-unit laundry (washer and dryer) and dishwasher
• Shared utilities

IMPORTANT:

• It would be nice to keep the home clean and generally clutter-free
• Common areas will be furnished (we’d prefer to not add too much more) but your room will be unfurnished

A little bit about us: we are a co-ed house in our mid-late 20s and early 30s who work in various industries. We are pretty chill and love hanging out with each other from time to time. We also throw a sick yearly Halloween party :)

• Cooking
• Smoking (as long as it’s outside) or drinking
• Get-togethers/pregames/etc - we occasionally have friends over, so we don’t mind
